To promote cooperation in China-South Korea innovation,
Techcode opened its professional accelerator for cultural industry in
South Korea

On 26th of July, the business cooperation agreement between Techcode South Korea and the cooperative organizations from Seoul Start-up HUB was signed in Seoul Industry Revitalization Institution. Later in the afternoon, the opening ceremony of Techcode South Korea Cultural Industry Accelerator and Sino-South Korea Content Industry Cooperation Forum was held in the same place. The attendants were from both countries, including Wanxi Jiang, acting dean of South Korea Industry Revitalization Institution, Fengzheng Gao,minister of Seoul Industry Revitalization Institution, Ruilin Shi, cultural counsellor in Chinese Embassy, Erica Huang, CEO of Techcode Global, and Weidong Dai, Vice President of Techcode.

Erica Huang, CEO of Techcode Global paid a visit to Seoul Innovation Industrial Park and Techcode South Korea - Seoul Industry Revitalization Institution, and had an in-depth discussion with Fengzhen Gao, minister of Seoul Industry Revitalization Institution, about the role which HUB should play in stimulating the start-up market. Later, a business cooperation agreement was signed between Techcode and the cooperative organizations from Seoul Start-up HUB.

Being interviewed by ‘Central Daily News’, a South Korean media, Erica Huang, CEO of Techcode Global, said that ‘ With the increasingly fierce global competition, resources are distributed unbalancedly. To truly cultivate a start-up, it is significant and necessary to build an ecosystem. That’s why Techcode aims to build a global resource platform, so that the barriers among different regions, even countries can be broken down for cultivating the industries of global concern.’

Techcode integrates the innovation resources globally, and this time, Techcode cooperates again with Chinese government and South Korean government to promote the innovation cooperation between the two countries. By exploiting and promoting high-quality contents from China and South Korea, transnational interaction is achieved, and the resources of South Korean cultural industry are able to be introduced to Chinese market efficiently. With the cooperation with CFLD, its strategic partner, Techcode is pushing the development of innovative industrial cluster building to a whole new level.

Techcode promotes the development of Chinese-South Korean cultural and
creative industries.

Cultural and creative industry is one of the leading industries in South Korea. With the cooperation between China and South Korea, a mutually beneficial effect would be achieved in the experience and resources of this industry. As the only oversea incubator funded by Seoul government, Techcode successfully held Biz Talk With Techcode Forum and a series of other activities about communication on Chinese and South Korean cultural and creative industry, in which a number of renowned experts in this industry and Chinese investors had an in-depth discussion about the landing and investment of content industry.

During her speech, Erica Huang said ‘ Techcode will build a cultural industrial cluster based on AVR in Dachang, so the county economy will be promoted with the effort of Techcode and its strategic partner, CFLD. Dachuang is 30 km from Beijing CBD, which offers it a promising location for gathering all those high-quality South Korean enterprises. Planning to build a youth community for young people from China and South Korea, Techcode aims to achieve the landing of the innovation resources from South Korea and focus on the development of Chinese and South Korean culture related industry.

According to those South Korean companies’ real needs for launching into Chinese market, Techcode South Korea Hub will provide services of consulting and analysis, professional market investigation, and the information of Chinese start-ups. The hub will also provide one-stop service for a series of events including The Forum of Chinese and South Korean investors’ Communication on Projects, and a number of roadshows, accelerating the innovation resources exchange between the two sides.

At the end of the event, all the guests are invited to Techcode South Korea’s two-year anniversary ceremony. In the next two days, Erica Huang would visit to Chinese Embassy in South Korea and The Economic And Commercial Office of Chinese Embassy in South Korea, and have an in-depth discussion with the government officers about the future development of Chinese and South Korean innovation industry.

In February, the first group of South Korean start-ups officially started their incubation in Techcode Dachang, China, taking an important step in deepening the regional industrial cooperation between China and South Korea, and achieving the all-round promotion of industrial communication.

In June, on the opening ceremony of Seoul Start-up HUB, as the only oversea incubator in the first group companies funded by Seoul government, Techcode officially entered this international innovation park.

In July, to further promote the cooperation among the companies from China and South Korea, Techcode jointly held China and South Korea Internet Finance And Technology Investment Information-Exchanging Fair, creating more cooperation opportunities in the future.

In the age of globalization, we have a more convenient communication platform for global innovation resources. In the process of Techcode building the innovative industrial cluster, South Korea is undoubtedly a crucial part. With the guidance of its strategic plan and layout, Techcode aims to connect high-quality innovation resources for companies from both countries, provide more information about Chinese market and eventually help the South Korean companies launch into China.
